In an article titled Liberals push range of issues at Iowa Capitol, there is a lot on the agenda. Most of it will not get passed but their feeling good about their chances of enforcing a new payday loan law.

The Iowa Association For Financial Choice is up and running and we will counter ACORN for Iowa commonly known as the ICCI. We believe our legislators know that capping our rates at 36% aka. banning our business, will kill thousands of Iowa Jobs and will negatively affect the state’s economy. We are encouraged by the fact that legislators aren’t being swayed by a handful of hard-left activists and are instead listening to real Iowa Small-Business Owners, their employees and their customers.
